Authors and Contracts
All personal information collected through contracts for authors looking to publish with us is not shared with any persons or agencies outside of our publishing house, and only the owner of the company and office manager have access to this information. It is used to make monthly payments to said authors and for end year tax reporting.

Newsletters
All information collected for the purpose of sending out newsletters for either Red Hot Romance Publishing or Dirty Daddies Book Club is not shared with any outside persons or agencies. In order to get on one of our newsletter lists, you must sign up yourself. We do not purchase email lists and we do not sell or share our list of emails with anyone.

Storefronts
We do not own a storefront. All sales are done through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Apple platforms, and that information is not shared with us. All in-person transactions are managed by Square.

I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the means described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.
